Estimator

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the person in this position is responsible for the estimation of quantities and constructions costs of several residential projects.

Do a thorough study of the plans in order to identify the particularities of the project. - Proceed with quantities and cost estimations of the different construction projects. - Proceed with the requests for tenders for contracts. - Make a detailed analysis of tenders received according to the particularities of the project.

Possess a diploma in civil engeneering or a relevant training program in cost estimation. - Knowledge of blueprint reading. -5 years experience in the construction industry. - Specific training in estimation an asset - Good knowledge of current computer software. - Knowledge of Maestro and Autocad software an asset.

Very good organizational skills Be able to prioritize Be independant and have good communication and planning skills and team work abilities.

Receptonnist, Design Centre

Under the supervision of the Design center Manager, the person holding this position will answer calls, welcome visitors and execute clerical tasks. Duties : * Take calls and ensure proper follow up. * Greet visitors and clients at the Centre de Design. * Ensure proper mailing administration. * Follow-up on orders with sub-contractors. * Execute clerical work. * Complete any related tasks if required.

* Bilingualism. * 2 years of experience. * Good mastery of current computer software. * Experience in the field of construction an asset.

Self-sufficient, well organized, good communication skills, dynamic.

Requirements:
