The Samcon team supports you throughout the entire first-time home ownership process, ensuring that you are a satisfied customer, happy to have chosen one of our units. Here are the main steps in your Samcon experience.

Step 1 : VISIT
Our sales representative will show you our model units and tell you which ones are available. He/she will answer your questions to help you make an informed decision.

Step 2 : CONDO SELECTION
Once you've made your choice, you sign a preliminary contract with our sales representative. This document reserves your unit until the sales agreement is officially signed at the notary's office.

Step 3 : CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE
Our sales representative will supply you with a copy of the preliminary contract accepted by Samcon as well as all other documents pertaining to the project and unit you have selected (floor plans, architectural specifications, etc).

Step 4 : MORTGAGE APPROVAL
After meeting with a mortgage representative from a financial institution, you supply our sales representative with a copy of your mortgage approval.

Step 5 : SAMCON DESIGN CENTER
One of our Samcon Design Center experts contacts you and sets up an appointment to select colours and finishings for your new condominium. He/she will guide you through the various choices. This Samcon service, which is unique in Montreal, is entirely free of charge.

Step 6: PLANNING YOUR VISIT TO THE NOTARY AND PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION
While you ponder your choices at our Design Center, we plan your pre-delivery inspection and set the date for signing the papers the notary's office. You are asked to complete a document to be forwarded to the notary supplying the information required for the official condo purchase documents (sales agreement and mortgage deed). You are then asked to contact your mortgage supplier to provide the notary with information required to finalize your condo purchase.

Step 7: CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION
A few weeks before delivery of your condo, you will receive an e-mail specifying the steps involved in taking possession of your unit and containing guidelines for its pre-delivery inspection.

Step 8: CONFIRMATION OF SIGNATURE AT THE NOTARY'S OFFICE
A few days before you meet with the notary for final signatures, the notary’s office will call you to confirm the meeting date.

Step 9: PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION
We will conduct the final inspection of your condo with you, explaining its features. At the same time, we will give you all of the information you need for a worry-free move.

Step 10: SIGNATURE AT THE NOTARY'S OFFICE
At the notary’s office, you will sign the sales agreement and mortgage loan document for your condo. At this time, we will give you a copy of the declaration of co-ownership as well as the keys to your unit. Congratulations! You are now officially a condo owner.

Step 11: FOLLOW-UP AFTER DELIVERY
A few days after you take possession of your condo, you will receive an e-mail explaining the procedure to follow should you require service. Our customer service experts will be more than happy to answer all your questions by e-mail or phone to ensure your full satisfaction.

Step 12: THE 5-YEAR APCHQ WARRANTY AND 2-YEAR SAMCON WARRANTY
In addition to the APCHQ warranty, which protects your unit for a period of 1 to 5 years,* Samcon offers you a 2-year* warranty covering all condo components at no extra cost. Samcon is the only builder that offers this warranty—which covers one year more than the conventional warranty offered throughout the construction industry.
