Our customer service is made up of a team that shares in the work, from answering and handling calls to supervising the work done on site by subcontractors or the Samcon team.

Every service call is forwarded to a call centre where it is logged and handled using customer service management software. This software informs us of the nature of the work to be done and the subcontractors concerned and provides all information that will help us evaluate the quality of our assistance and the speed at which we assist you on a continuing basis.

Samcon 2 years warranty
The Samcon Warranty is a supplemental warranty to one of the three APCHQ warranties (GIR, GMN or Abritat), which are outlined below. Thus, the Samcon Warranty does not bind or extend in any way LA GARANTIE DES BÂTIMENTS RÉSIDENTIELS NEUFS DE L'APCHQ INC., LA GARANTIE ABRITAT INC. or LA GARANTIE DES IMMEUBLES RÉSIDENTIELS DE L'APCHQ. The Samcon Warranty applies to all the private portions built by Samcon. Samcon guarantees the correction, at no additional cost to its customers, of poor workmanship as referred to in Article 2120 of the Civil Code of Quebec, existing but not apparent at the time of acceptance of the private portion and discovered within two years after aforementioned acceptance date.

This correction warranty applies only if the poor workmanship of the private portion is reported, in writing, within a reasonable delay, which may not exceed six (6) months of its discovery. The present warranty does not limit and does not add to any other guarantor of obligations for which Samcon is legally liable

APCHQ 5 years warranty
All Samcon construction work is registered with APCHQ Montreal so that you receive the Garantie des Maisons Neuves (GMN: new home warranty), the Garantie Abritat (GA: Abritat warranty) or the Garantie des immeubles résidentiels (GIR: Residential building guaranty) of the APCHQ. This warranty protects your investment, the quality of the product upon delivery and protects you from liability for structural defects for a maximum of 5 years after your purchase.

This palm indicates that since its accreditation with an APCHQ warranty program, Samcon has successfully kept the chargeable conciliation rate over 97%.
