Web & marketing project leader

Under the supervision of the Vice-president, Sales & Marketing, the person in this position is responsible and assist his/her immediate superior and the marketing coordinator, in the interactive tasks related to the internet site.

Tasks:
- Keep the web site of the company up to date as well as other related sites.
- Manage and analyse interactive campaigns.
- Maximize the performance of the internet site.
- Prepare the performance reports of the internet site with Google Analytics or other similar analytic features.
- Develop and manage new tools for the internet site such as commentaries, blogs, interactive sections, videos, etc.
- Create and manage the interactive database.
- Analyse the internet sites of similar domain of activities.
- Develop and manage the media profile on social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc.
- Organize the publicity and/or interactive contests.
- Plan and supervise the continuous improvement of the internet site.
- Compose and manage the info-letters on a regular basis.

Working hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
Experience in managing and analysing a web site.
Experience in marketing.
Good knowledge of the currant computer software.
Bilingualism essential (oral and written)
Good writing abilities
Experience in real estate development, an asset.

Prerequisites:
Good knowledge of the web and interactive social sites.
Very good planning and organizational skills.
Capacity to work under stress and to respect deadlines.
Creativity
Good communication and capacity for team work.
