The Buying Experience

Buying a new condo is an exciting and refreshing life-experience. As there are important details to keep in mind, the Samcon Team will guide and support you the whole way.  The Samcon Buying Experience will leave you with every reason to walk into your new condo with a smile, readily anticipating a new chapter in your life.

Below are the principal steps you can expect when turning a brand new Samcon condo into your very own!

Step 1: THE VISIT
Visiting your potential future home is a highlight of the process! Each project offers a model condo(s) where a Samcon consultant will talk you through various layouts and designs, happily answering all of your questions and concerns.

Step 2: THE CHOICE
Once decided on which condo you’re going to call home, you will be able to reserve it by filling out a preliminary contract alongside a Samcon consultant. This reservation is valid until you officially sign the deed-of-sale at the notary.

Step 3: THE CONTRACT APPROVAL
Once your preliminary contract is approved, a Samcon consultant will provide you with a copy, in addition to all relevant information about your condo of choice. The condo plan and architectural specifications are examples of such relevant information.

Step 4: THE MORTGAGE APPROVAL
Once you have your mortgage approved by a valid financial institution, simply provide a Samcon consultant with a copy. Inquire about the advantages of utilizing Samcon's financial partnerships.

Step 5: YOUR FINISHINGS SELECTION 
Now that you have completed certain approvals and paperwork, it’s time for some fun! Samcon’s certified interior designers can assist you in your choices, and will inform you about the products offered for your new home.

Step 6: BOOKING YOUR PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION AND VISIT TO NOTARY
After you make your final selections , you will have the opportunity to book a pre-delivery condo inspection to ensure your satisfaction. You will be asked to complete a document with all remaining necessary information for the notary. You will also be able to book your meeting at the notary where the deed-of-sale will be signed. Finally, you will be asked to contact your mortgage provider for final information.

Step 7: CONFIRMATION OF PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION
A few weeks before the delivery of your condo, you will receive official email confirmation on how to take possession, in addition to relevant information about the pre-delivery condo inspection. You’re almost home!

Step 8: CONFIRMATION OF FINAL SIGNATURE
Before you meet with the notary for final signatures, the notary’s office will call you to confirm the meeting date.

Step 9: THE PRE-DELIVERY CONDO INSPECTION
You will have the opportunity to inspect your new home before signing the deed-of-sale. Accompanied by a Samcon representative, you will be able to confirm for yourself that everything is just as you’d like it. Moving considerations will be explained at this time to ensure your move-in is easy.

Step 10: TAKING POSSESSION OF YOUR NEW CONDO
At the notary, you will sign the deed-of-sale as well as the mortgage agreement. The notary will return to you a copy of the declaration of co-ownership as well as your new set of keys! Congratulations, you are officially the owner of a brand new Samcon condo!
