When you buy a Samcon condo, you have the privilege of making your own choice of finishes from a variety of products of different textures and colour! Moreover, during your visit, you will be advised by one of our interior designers. Visit our large showroom, spread over 2000 ft2 (almost 200 m2). You will find kitchens and bathrooms on display, and a wide range of samples that will inspire you in your selection of finishes. This unique service is completely free for all Samcon clients.

Our selection of finishes is constantly renewed in order to remain abreast of the latest market trends. Our selection of standard finishes, such as cabinets, counters, handles, and ceramic floors is the largest in Montreal, not to mention the list of countless supplements that are also available. Examples of finishes that you can choose:
