Samcon goes green!

The environment is important to us. This is the reason why Samcon is striving to use biological, ecological and recycled products. In this way, we contribute to a greener future. Here are some examples of products offered in our new projects, as well as some of the steps we're taking… for the green of it:

• Prioritization of ecological or recycled material such as certified FSC products.
• Use of ecological insulating material such as Airmétic Soya™.
• Using insulation products which are superior to National Building Code requirements.
• Owens corning recycled insulation

Safe Living

Your safety is one of our priorities. In order to ensure the quietness of your new home, Samcon has improved some features already in place:

• Intercom system with closed circuit television enabling monitoring and unlocking of the main door in projects which are equipped with a common entry system
• Central fire alarm system connected to a central monitoring system for all projects.
• Fire protection system including heat detecting devices and smoke detectors in projects less than 4 floors in height.
• Fire protection system with automatic sprinklers in projects more than 4 floors in height.
• Carbon monoxide detection systems connected to ventilation systems for interior garages.
• Burglarproof metallic plates on main entrance doors in projects including a common inside stairwell.
