Sam Scalia, President of Samcon, is part of a family that has worked in the construction industry since 1957. In 1991, he officially launched the Samcon company with a modest 8 condominiums unit project. By forming an experienced team, Samcon quickly became a major player in the Montreal residential redevelopment.
