Voici les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments relatifs \u00e0 ce programme;<\/p><ul><li>Les personnes seules peuvent obtenir une subvention de 2 250$ sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un condo neuf de 200 000 $ ou moins (taxes incluses).<\/li><li>Les m\u00e9nages sans enfant de deux personnes qui ach\u00e8tent conjointement peuvent obtenir une subvention de 2 250$ sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un condo neuf de 250 000 $ ou moins (taxes incluses).<\/li><li>Les personnes avec enfant(s) peuvent obtenir une subvention de 5 000$ + plus le remboursement des droits de mutation sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un condo neuf de 280 000$ ou moins (taxes incluses).<\/li><li>Une aide forfaitaire de 6 250$ (plus le remboursement des droits de mutation) pour les m\u00e9nages avec au moins un enfant de moins de 18 ans faisant l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un \u00ab logement pour famille \u00bb $360,000.
