Sam Scalia, MBA
As founder and president of Samcon a real estate development firm specializing in urban infill projects, Sam Scalia leads the planning, design, and development of residential and mixed-use developments across Montreal. Since 1991 Samcon has designed, developed and sold over 5000 condos of new infill residential and semi-commercial projects.
Samcon’s work is known for creating thriving urban spaces incorporating new urbanist principles, quality design and construction, and a commitment to the public realm. Samcon was awarded the prestigious APCHQ “Builder of the Year” award four times and has received multiple Awards including “Customer Choice Award”(APCHQ quebec home builder association), and “Entrepreneur of the year” by ERNST & YOUNG.

Over the years, Samcon has completed several successful projects , such as Les Jardins du Parc Jarry in Villeray, Le Domaine André-Grasset in Ahuntsic, Le Laurier du Plateau in Plateau Mont-Royal, several projects in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, and Le 825 René-Lévesque in downtown Montreal.

Samcon Customer Care
Our customer care is made up of a team that shares in the work, from answering and handling calls to supervising the work done on site in collaboration with our general contractors and subcontractors.
Every service call is forwarded to a call centre where it is logged and handled using customer care management software. This software informs us of the nature of the work to be done in collaboration with our general contractors and subcontractors concerned and provides all information that will help us evaluate the quality of our assistance and the speed at which we assist you on a consistent basis.
