Samcon’s very first project was Le St-Christophe (8 units), built in 1991. The company’s first 8 story structure, Le Laurier du Plateau, was built in 2000. Its ground floor served as Samcon’s head office until January 2007, when the firm moved its team to another Samcon building, Le 825 René-Lévesque Est.
