Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective internal and external communication.
  • Proactively managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling correspondence and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in administrative support and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent phone communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an organized manner.
  • Previous experience in real estate or construction (an asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Additional training as an administrative assistant or secretary (advantageous).
