Exciting news! Samcon has received three special nominations at the 31st Domus Builder Award in the Greater Montreal Area. These awards, presented by APCHQ, celebrate excellence in building and renovating homes.

Here are the three categories where Samcon has been nominated:

Buyer’s Choice for Customer Service Award (more than 50 units)

Samcon’s dedication to top-notch customer service is recognized in this category. Best Customer Service (for projects with more than 50 homes)

Best Builder Award for Rental and Co-Ownership Condominiums (less than $250,000)

Samcon stands out as one of the best builders in making great, affordable homes under $250,000. Best Builder (for creating quality, affordable homes)

Best Builder Award for Rental and Co-Ownership  Condominiums (between $500,000 and $1,000,000)

Samcon is proud to be a finalist for building high-quality homes in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 price range. Best Builder (for crafting outstanding homes priced)
