Before your meeting 

To help you prepare better, here is a list of the items that you will be asked to look at during your meeting and from which you will make your choice of finishes:

• Floor covering
• Interior doors and handles
• Panelling
• Kitchen cabinets
• Bathrooms cabinets
• Countertops in laminate, granite or quartz
• Ceramic floors, walls or counters
• Decorative inserts
• Ceramic shower on acrylic base with tempered glass door and panel
• Bathroom and plumbing fixtures
• Faucets
• Electrical modifications (sockets, outlets, switches, etc.)
• Air conditioners

To help you choose, we suggest that you make a return visit to our sales offices and model condos in order to note the items and materials that you would like to have in your own condo. We also have many photos of our model condos on our internet site that you could look at in order to get ideas.

You can also get inspiration from the pictures and ideas that you find elsewhere on the internet and in magazines. Bring along as many photos, textures and colours as possible! This process will help you to identify your tastes and preferences and thereby allow us to be more effective in advising you on your options. Please note that the materials and colours may well be different from those shown but you will nevertheless have a good idea of what you like in terms of colours and style.

You will undoubtedly also have a list of supplements that you wish to add to your condo. If you wish, before your meeting, you can send us your list so that we can assess the feasibility and costs related to the condo unit that you have selected. This step will allow you to get maximum value from your visit
