This impressive complex, rising about 80 meters, requires an investment of around $130 million.  The construction of the South Tower beginning in the fall of 2013.

The South Tower of Le Drummond condominiums will house approximately 190 condo units. This project have splendid views of the river, city center, or mountains. The complex includes communal areas such as a grand entrance hall, a rooftop urban chalet with expansive windows. The complex also includes a terrace with an outdoor saltwater pool, and a top-notch fitness facility. Le Drummond also offers a lush garden terrace and a five-level underground parking garage for residents.

Market response has been positive, with about 1500 individuals expressing interest in the project before the official launch of Samcon’s marketing campaign. To experience the unique qualities of Le Drummond, everyone invited to the sales pavilion beginning January 18, 2013. The pavilion, located at 1210 Stanley Street, features two model units, one with one bedroom and the other with two bedrooms.
