In 2004 , I looked at an industrial property on Everett and 17 ave. At this time there was no new development in this area. I had a good feeling that people would be interested in purchasing new condos. We purchased the property on Everett and purchased two other adjacent properties. Our land assembly was the first new condo project in the area. Annie Samson from the City joined us for a ground breaking ceremony. The project sold very well.
Quickly, three other developers entered the area and also began building projects.
After Everett we continued with our LDV project. Today we have built over 250 new condos in 8 plex style in 8 different phases. The area has completely changed.
We decided to try our first rental project this year and we are very pleased to see such a strong demand. I want to thank Immomarketing, Loracon and the Samcon team. Great Success.
